Our Affordable Care Program follows a short-term, goal-focused counseling model. It is designed to provide you with practical tools and clinical support to navigate immediate life challenges, transitions, or mental health concerns.
Who is Eligible?

Newcomers to Canada who have arrived within the last 2 years.

Seniors aged 65 or older.

Those uninsured by private or workplace benefits.
Cost & Coverage

$100 per session.

Up to 6 sessions per calendar year.

Depending on your specific provider and plan, we may offer Direct Billing, allowing us to bill your insurance company directly.
