About Dawn Therapy
Compassionate and Inclusive Psychotherapy for Healing and Growth
Dawn Therapy provides a safe, supportive, and affirming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Whether you're a refugee, LGBTQ+ individual, newcomer, or an adult child of a dysfunctional family, or you’re navigating challenges like trauma, depression, anxiety, or significant life transitions, we are here to support you.
Our approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Through these methods, we help clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate self-awareness.
We believe that therapy is not a quick fix but a transformative process that requires commitment and participation. However, small steps can lead to profound, lasting change with the proper support.
We offer therapy services in both English and Farsi to ensure accessibility and comfort for our clients.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Let’s take the first step toward healing together.
Meet the Team
At Dawn Therapy, we're committed to providing compassionate and expert care. More team members will be joining soon to expand our support and services. In the meantime, we’re glad you’re here—welcome to a space for healing and growth!
